1. Please be sure to meet your date in a public place and tell a friend that you are meeting them.

2. Don’t give out too much personal information, like where you live etc…

3. Always go on your gut instincts.

4. Have fun, relax and enjoy your date, even if you intend to never to see that member again, make the most of your time.

5. Please try to be punctual, no-one likes waiting on someone else and it doesn’t make for a good first impression!

6. When on a date, do try not to ask too many personal questions, it can seem a little intimidating and a date should be fun not an interview!

7. Ex boyfriend/girlfriend chat generally have no place on a first date.

8. Listen, we all love to talk about ourselves, but listening is a wonderful tool that should be used in equal measure to talking.

9. When on a first date do endeavour not to eye up other men/women during your date, this usually doesn’t go down too well and can make your date feel unattractive or insulted.

10. Be yourself, have fun but do try to not get too drunk on a first date, its best for your own personal safety and piece of mind to keep all your faculties about you at all times.
