So let's see, a bit about me. 2 years ago I decided I like animals so much I should probably stop eating them. So I did, and haven't :D
In terms of interests, I have a keen interest in the world around me; science, religion, nature, history and culture especially. I love discovering new things - particularly exploring new cities and museums. I just got back from a work/play trip to Taiwan and Hong Kong and now want to explore South Asia. The pyramids need to be done too, especially as I heard they might start restricting access soon!
My geeky side means I'm also into international politics a bit, and how the world gets along (or doesn't, I guess). Not at a government level, but more at a people and environmental level. And I guess stemming from that, ethics (fair trade, etc), the environment and animal welfare - but nothing militant. I'm very laid back in my beliefs - and would never ever force them upon people!
